Dr. Vivian S. Yee is a Board-Certified Medical and Cosmetic Dermatologist dedicated to optimizing radiant, healthy skin. Whether you have a special dermatologic condition that requires treatment or your goal is to rejuvenate your skin using fillers, neurotoxins, chemical peels, or lasers, Dr. Yee and her knowledgeable staff are committed to helping you look and feel your best.
A native New Yorker, Dr. Yee attended the combined B.S./M.D. program at the Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education. There she graduated summa cum laude and was named valedictorian of her class. She was further recognized by USA Today to be one of the top 20 students in the nation and was named onto the All-USA College Academic First Team. Dr. Yee went on to obtain her M.D. degree from the Stony Brook University School of Medicine where she was awarded the prestigious Fulbright Scholarship to do research in Sydney, Australia. There, she spent one year doing research and clinical work at the largest melanoma treatment center in the world the Sydney Melanoma Unit. Her research there resulted in multiple publications and a Young Investigator’s Award to speak at the 3rd International Sentinel Node Congress in Yokohama, Japan. Dr. Yee went on to do further research on skin cancer at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York which resulted in further contributions to the medical literature.
Dr. Yee completed her internship in Internal Medicine at the Long Island Jewish Medical Center and her Dermatology residency at the Weill Cornell New York Presbyterian Hospital. She is currently a clinical instructor at the Weill Cornell Medical College and an affiliate physician at the New York Hospital of Queens in Flushing.
